Preview : Pro-ject & Portal at Crystal Warehouse, Worcester 2.12.17

The last time we visited a Pro-ject party we were in Hideout Croatia, for their epic pool party with MK, Camelphat and Sonny Fodera. Since then they've continued to host their famous parties, with stints at Sankeys in Ibiza, MADE Festival in Birmingham and of course, back at their home in Worcester. Since the brand's inception less than 4 years ago, they've played a huge part in igniting the house & techno scene in Worcester, growing a strong following in the process. Most recently bringing one of the hottest duos in the tech house scene; Camelphat, to their beloved Crystal Warehouse.

Now they've teamed up with one of the giants of the industry; Portal, who've recently launched the game changing venue - CRANE. A 12,000 square foot mammoth space, holding 3,500 ravers.  Their recent opening line up consisted of Steve Lawler, Kolsch and Richy Ahmed - so they're no strangers to the big time.

On Saturday 2nd December, for a one night spectacle the two brands will join forces to give Worcester a night to remember, held at Pro-ject's usual playground; Crystal Warehouse. The warehouse is an intimate medium-sized industrial venue, set in the heart of Worcester and has seen many big names grace the decks. Previously kitted out with all kinds of production including lasers, giant LED screens, fire jets, confetti and Co2 cannons just to name a few. Who knows what their collaboration with Portal will bring to the table..

Delivering the sound for the night will be in the hands of one of the West Midland's fastest rising Djs; Tommy Vercetti. With releases on Darius Syrossian's Do Not Sleep and Low Steppa's Simma Black, it's safe to say he'll have the tools for the job. Also bringing the heat will be some of Portal's home grown talent and innovators Paradox City and Rothstein. Finishing the list of headline acts is Pro-ject head honcho Jay Newman who's attributes have seen him sign with Ministry of Sound as a worldwide tour artist.

As always we'll be bringing you close to all of the action, so keep an eye on our page for live streams and our full review of what went down.

Keep up to date with the event on Facebook and grab your tickets while you still can here.
