Our Top Picks - New Year's Eve
It's arguably one of the biggest nights of the year (and most expensive) so you'll want to make sure you choose the right event. However, with so much on offer every year as well as countless venues and brands to choose from in England's capital alone; it can be a tough decision to say the least. The last thing you want, is to end up making a poor choice and cry your way into 2018.
To try and make the choice a little easier, we've compiled our top four events in London, which we think will be great choices to see in the new year.
4. ANTS NYE at Electric Brixton
Top for : tech house line up, renowned Ibiza party
The Ibiza colony United Ants has had a huge imprint on the white isle in recent years, holding a solid residency at Ushuaia, attracting thousands of ravers week on week. We saw their previous London show at O2 Academy Brixton and it was truly a night to remember with confetti, fire jets, Co2 cannons and more. Their debut NYE show in London is guaranteed to bring more of the same, with a line up already consisting of Richy Ahmed, Camelphat, Eli & Fur and Lauren Lane, brought to the 1800 capacity stronghold that is Electric Brixton.

3. LWE NYD at Tobacco Dock
Top for : techno line up, unique venue
London Warehouse Events have solidified their place as one of the capital's top promotors and event organisers, pioneering a wave of day time spectacles with consistent jaw dropping line ups, at obscure and unique venues across London. The return of their NYD showcase will be once again held at Tobacco Dock. After the success of the recent Drumcode event, you'd be silly to miss a chance to party in the dock's iconic car park, with the likes of the live geniuses; KiNK and Maetrik by Maceo Plex, as well as Alan Fitzpatrick, Nastia and more.
Tickets : £40 - £50
2. ABODE at Studio 338
Top for : atmosphere, crowd, secret guests
The story of ABODE and Studio 338 really is a special one, the venue and brand go hand in hand and have seen lows and highs together, along a tough but truly successful journey. 338 re-opened it's doors very recently, looking stronger than ever with a brand new VOID sound system and have also hinted to be installing a world's first bit of production, in the form of an LED light installation named "The Octopus", adding further character to their one of a kind terrace. ABODE has taken the industry by storm the past few years, their focus on positive vibes and feel-good pumping music are certain to see you in to 2018 with a smile on your face. ABODE's line ups feature a solid group of carefully selected and moulded residents, as well as often attracting some huge secret guests, so you'll likely be in for a surprise treat.
