Another instalment of Hideout thrills hit Zrce Beach Last month, Croatia's leading electronic music festival returned to it's spiritual home. Ready for it's annual instalment of 5 days and 5 nights, bringing the biggest DJs in the dance scene to the island of Pag. Thousands of eager ravers descended onto Zrce Beach, where five of the world's top rated venues were taken over for a week of rave paradise. Landing in Croydon, the London borough known for breakthrough UK music and emerging talent. The Butterfly Effect Festival will adorn the home of electronic music legend; Skream and the King of self-promotion; Artwork. The festival's intention and vision is to give back to a region that has gifted us so much musically over the decades. Peggy Gou, Amelie Lens and Acid Pauli join the castle-based festival Into The Valley returns this year with a brand new location, held in the Andalusian coast of Spain. After previous stints in Sweden and South Africa were halted, the concept has taken a new direction, opting for the picturesque historic settings of Fuengirola to host the proceedings. From 28-30th September, the festival will occupy an 1000 year old castle and surrounding grounds known as Castillo Sohail. Within the grounds will see three daytime stages; The Beach, The Castle and The Theatre, open from midday to 11pm. Further into the night will bring ravers to an industrial playground, to dance into the early hours. The exact location of this is still TBA. Spain's festival phenomenon returns this August Dreambeach is the gift that keeps on giving. Returning for it's 6th edition, the mammoth Spanish festival features a truly eclectic line up yet again, with something to tickle everyone's musical taste buds. Previous instalments have seen the industry's biggest names grace the golden sands of Villaricos. The debut elrow Town saw 25,000 ravers descend onto Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, met by an immersive wonderland of colour, confetti and flamboyant characters. A perfect kickstart to the festival season   It's here, finally! Festival season has begun after months of cold, rain and Storm Emma leaving us knee deep in snow. Our season began in Malta, as Annie Mac presented her 4th edition of Lost & Found. The 4 day event has continued to build on it's previous instalments, with the addition of pool parties, castle raves and most recently a brand new beach party to cater to thousands of budding ravers.  The Maltese islands have become one of the many sought after overseas festival hotspots in recent years, with various events and pop-up festivals opting to use the historic landmarks available. The infamous Spider landed in London The world famous Arcadia Spectacular made it's long awaited and highly anticipated debut in London last weekend. The one of a kind creation boasts intriguing custom-made industrial stages and eccentric theatrical performances. After a decade in the game they've made quite the name for themselves, with regular stints at Glastonbury Festival and Ultra Miami, as well as shows in Bangkok, Taipei and Taiwan. Marking their tenth anniversary saw the Spider land in London, with co-promoters LWE curating the event on their home turf, and bringing quite the line up between them. Along with the widely recognisable Spider came a new and exclusive concept for the London debut; an immersive indoor stage dubbed The Reactor, which promised a 360 degree audiovisual experience like no other.
